1999 he managed IRW’s operations in Bangladesh as a Country Director. In 2001, following a devastating earthquake in El Salvador (Central America).
Regional Manager of IRW at their HQ in Birmingham to oversee the operations in West Africa, the Middle East and Eastern Europe. In 2003, he was appointed the Head of Hu man Resources of IRW where he led the HR operations globally and provided guidance to teams in over 34 countries. In 2010, he became Executive Director of IR Italia.
Johnna Schram grew up in the international city of Seattle, WA. She earned degrees in International Relations and History from Franklin University Switzerland. During her time at University, she focused on sustainable development and policy. An American citizen, Johanna has spent time living in Europe and Latin America and has traveled to over thirty nations, within four continents.
Johanna brings her past experience working as an Analyst and in Donor Relations to help ENSAN Aid grow and maintain its fundraising outreach and donor base.
Works with specialized programs in the field of women’s empowerment and has considerable experience in the field of human development. She also has managed a number of projects and development programs founding from international Organization: &World Bank and worked with PDSC NGO as program Manager and worked as Consultant at SHARAK International Program in Egypt Lebanon and Jordan .Member & Advisor for the development and empowerment of women in the ENSAN Aid Organization of West African also she participated in the formulation of the strategic objectives of development in West Africa Rehab also participated in the World Family summit and set drafting of the Universal Declaration of family presented to the Secretary General of the United Nations in 2015
