He has also contributed to the development of many projects and programs in several countries and international grants management through partnerships with “governments, relevant ministries and NGOs. El Saman has also worked as programs Manger and now as CEO Through in many international organizations such as: CEDPA an American organization operates in several countries, the International Republican Institute “IRI” and the Program Development / Canadian Agency for International Development and International Republican Institute…..He has also contributed to the development of some of the youth programs with countries in the Middle East and North Africa. He is a member and founder of a number of associations and organizations, including the founder & President of ENSAN Aid Organization in West Africa, founder of Population Development Services Center. He Travelled to over 20 country, within 3 continents.

Kassum is a member of the Islamic Council of Founding Institutions and the Humanitarian Fund of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation in Burkina Faso and the President of the Sabil Al-Said Association in Burkina Faso. Mr. Kinderbigo, founder of the Sabil Al-Saeed School in Baziga province, was the first to establish a training conference.

Regional Manager of IRW at their HQ in Birmingham to oversee the operations in West Africa, the Middle East and Eastern Europe. In 2003, he was appointed the Head of Hu man Resources of IRW where he led the HR operations globally and provided guidance to teams in over 34 countries. In 2010, he became Executive Director of IR Italia.
nna Schram grew up in the international city of Seattle, WA. She earned degrees in International Relations and History from Franklin University Switzerland. During her time at University, she focused on sustainable development and policy. An American citizen, Johanna has spent time living in Europe and Latin America and has traveled to over thirty nations, within four continents.
Johanna brings her past experience working as an Analyst and in Donor Relations to help ENSAN Aid grow and maintain its fundraising outreach and donor base.
Works with specialized programs in the field of women’s empowerment and has considerable experience in the field of human development. She also has managed a number of projects and development programs founding from international Organization: &World Bank and worked with PDSC NGO as program Manager and worked as Consultant at SHARAK International Program in Egypt Lebanon and Jordan .Member & Advisor for the development and empowerment of women in the ENSAN Aid Organization of West African also she participated in the formulation of the strategic objectives of development in West Africa Rehab also participated in the World Family summit and set drafting of the Universal Declaration of family presented to the Secretary General of the United Nations in 2015
